What it does
Every Hex works out what it is seeing on the device itself and sends numbers, not pictures. Fit them where the question is — a doorway, a desk bank, a meeting room, a queue — and the answers start arriving within the minute.

How it works
A Hex looks at a scene, decides how many people are in it, and forgets the picture. What leaves the sensor is a count and a timestamp — which is why it can sit in a meeting room, a washroom corridor or a bank branch without anyone having to think twice.
A wide or standard lens covers a doorway, a desk bank or a whole meeting room from a single ceiling or wall mount.
The sensor identifies people in the frame itself. The image never leaves it — only the resulting numbers do.
A local Mothership on your own network receives every reading over Wi-Fi or wired MQTT and keeps working if the internet drops.
Readings roll up into occupancy, footfall and environmental history you can chart, export or pull straight into your own systems.
The hardware
A 105 mm hexagon in soft white that reads as a smoke detector rather than a camera. Wall or ceiling mount, wired or fully wireless, and a battery variant for places where running a cable is out of the question.

Fourteen report views come as standard — utilisation carpets, weekly profiles, peak-versus-mean, under-used spaces, footfall, air quality and trend analysis. Every one filters by site, floor or single room, and exports as CSV or over the API.
Every quarter-hour of every day. Darker means busier — the shape of a working week at a glance.
Arrivals above the line, departures below. The building filling and emptying, hour by hour.
